Tuesday: Grilled salmon, new potatoes and sauerkraut, asparagus Wednesday: Japanese ramen noodle soup with shrimp, baby bok choy, tofu and peas
Thursday: Burgers and yam fries with fresh veggie on the side
Friday: Vegetarian pizza + meatballs
